hi all im kinda new t all this lol.jus wondered if any1 can give me sum advice? im currently growin 18 white widow from cuttins.(long story lol) they are 56 days into flower an i was told that they shud be ready t cum down now but iv also been told they can be left on flower upto 12 wk? they are gettin bigger by the day an they smell bloody lurvly but the trics are still very white.should i leave them on longer or wil it jus end up fookin them up? pleeeease help!

If I go by the calender, I've harveted my WW at an average of 63 days of 12/12.

thanx alot thats a big help, jus hope they turn out ok after all this waitin lol.t be honest its been alot of guess work an from watchin how my ex grew the last lot b4 he f**ked off an left mi with 18 plants an no lights lol.they were actually without light for 2 wk about 3 wk into veg an then i got spidermite about 3 wk ago but iv managed t get em t this stage so they must be strong little buggers just hope all my hard work pays off eh?

You can pick up a microscope at Radio Shack that has 30x-100x zoom for under $20.00. If you are not looking at the trichome development you are guessing when it will be ready.

YOU CAN GO BY A CALENDER, AND IT WILL BE BETWEEN 8 AND 9 WEEKS FOR MOST INDICA.
You can buy a $13 lighted battery operated 10X microscope at Radio Shack to examine the trichs.
You can wait until all the hairs are reddish or browish or dark beer colored.

again, all the above are rules of thumb and many will argue this, but until you've done a few grows and learn any better, this is good advise.

get a eye loop they use for looking at 35mm slides for cheap

so... i looked with the scope and as i thort the trichs are still mainly cloudy so im guna keep them on a couple more wk me thinks. obviously al keep checkin them but i'm hopin to crop wen the trichs are mainly amber with jus a few cloudy.also i trimmed a small bud off last nite jus outa curiosity an i can happily say even tho i power dried it (jus couldnt wait ) it was a bloody good smoke!! not bad for a girl
