newbie needs help with 15 day old,white widow seedling

Got given a widow feminised seed from nirvana.,put it in water for 48hours,then took a look,there was a little tail so took it out and dropped it into a 20litre bucket with 25% perlite and a standard B&Q compost for seeds,seedlings and flowering.I hung a huge CFL 2500 with red blue and white tubes,I put an oscillating fan on warm in the 4foot squared cupboard,plant is 15 days old,the plant is one and a half bic pens tall with big round fat leaves,12 leaves,I havnt watered it since the initial 2litres,soil not dried out was going too water when top was totally dry,when should I start too put muted in and anything of help would be gratefully accepted.

what's an ag ow ?

can you take a pic of the plant it would help
i like the bic pen system of measurement
the soil should be ok for about 1 month before nutes
so another 2 weeks or so and add some food
depending on how green it is

that looks nice and healthy, hard to see how green it is under that light
it looks fine to me but could be a little deeper green i guess
i wouldn't get drips on it like that are you spraying it
it does not need spraying and watering
those drips can cause little burn marks on the leaves when the light hits them
although that shouldn't be so bad under a cfl

Thanks so much for advice I no longer want too spend £20 for 2 grams of cheap bud,I only want too do 3 plants a year not greedy just want my wife pain too ease even for a couple of hours so will be picking your brains through out grow,how long should I veg was going too do 3too 4 months.
