Newbie here but I have a question

Hello everyone I am new to this site. I am a California Medical Cannabis patient. I am currently growing 6 immature plants. I currently still have a bunch of seeds from last years grow. (My neighbor had a male plant and pollenated my grow). Since a seed capable of germination is considered a plant in CA, even if my plant count is legal, do I have to get rid of my seeds to make me legal?

Secure all seeds in a place they won't be found by anyone. Problem solved. Normally, police are only looking for plants...

Non-germinated seeds are not considered plants, thats why they can be sold online!
But hiding them away still isn't a horrible idea!
