Newbie Grower stunted growth

I have 1 tub with 2 THC bombs that are doing great. In the other tub I have a Red Dragon. All were from seed. 600w HID. pH stays within 5.5-6.4. Temps fluctuate 70-80 RH 30-50%

Using GH Flora Trio

They have been topped and mainlined.

The THC bombs are thriving at 1/2 bottle strength
The Red Dragon started showing signs of Nitrogen clawing but no discoloration of any leaves at 1/2 strength so I flushed for a few days with ph'd tap water. After 3 days I added 1/4 strength nutes.

This might as well be my first grow, I haven't done it in 10+ years. Never grown either strain but the fan leaves on the Red Dragon are massive, and the growth is all bunched up, and I'm haven't gotten any new growth in almost a week.

Anybody got any ideas?

Not exactly sure chase of stunt but you have nitrogen toxicity the leaf tips pointing down are sign of that. Id cut back a bit and see if they snap outta it
