Newbe question

Hey there all , I'm trying to build a grow closet and want to build the led myself ,
For now my pick is :
2x Cree cxb 3590
Meanwell hlg 320h c2100
By all the research that I did I can run them at 128 watt per Cree ,
The grow space is 1.2m x 0.70m height 1.9m
Will they do ?
And the color of them in 3500k

yes, 250w of COBs is perfect for that space
