First time grower NEEDS HELP
Hey first time grower here and the proud owner of an Afghan plant and an AK-47 plant. Seeds were ordered from NL.seeds and arrived in stealth 7 days later. I highly recommend them. I Only grew two due to getting my seeds so late in the summer decided this will be the trial run to prepare for next year. I germed them on 6/9 and they were planted on the 12th. Soil used was Fox Farms happy frog. They had their first fertilization on the 6/26 and it was 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of mexican bat guano used as a top dressing. I began using neem and nasty oil 5ml to every liter of water for bugs on the 26th as well. I need help due to the fact some of my leaves are being eaten. Friends are telling me the bites of the leaves are too large for bugs and must be some animal. I do not have a whole lot but I am afraid it may become a problem down the road. I have been urinating around the grow site but it does not seem to help much. Another note is my afghan plant seems to be eaten up a little more than the AK-47. I also need help on continuing my fertilization process. I used the mexican bat guano as a top soil dressing the first time just to build my plants up to it. I now have some mexican bat guano tea brewing and will be ready for use tomorrow (3 tablespoons to every gallon of water) How often should I feed them and how much of this tea should I feed them? I planforce flowering around Sept. 12th which will have given the plants three months to veg. I plan to harvest in mid to late october which will give them around 6 weeks to flower. When should I stop the mexican bat guano tea and start a Jamaican bat guano tea for better flowers? Also since I am a newb I am a little confused about forcing the flowering process. When I begin the 12/12 cycle do I do this everyday, or can I do it for a week or so to begin the flowering process and then just let them sit outside like they have been while they flower? Last but not least, if I wanted to leave them outside while I did the 12/12 cycle what could I use to properly shield them from all light and not harm the plant and could easily be removed and replaced everytime a switched from light on to off? I know this is A LOT but I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read and help a newb on his first grow project.
PS I can not upload pics due to the size, how can i make the pics smaller in order to post them?

neem will only slow them down for a little while.if you want to light depo them(force flower) you have to be SUPER on it as far as time they sleep and time they wake up....no room for error 7am to 7pm works for me!!!
