New to this aerogarden

I just picked up one of these and well now i dont know what to do lol. I have put the clones in the garden and they are growing like crazy.They have been in there for a week now and this is wear i get lost. I was given a 1000w hps light and shield. Should i be using that light now with the garden or is the light to strong for the little garden. If i am to use the hps light how long should the light be on for and how long should it be off. Can you tell i am new at this lol. I have lots of room so there is no issue with using the light. Just wondering what you would do lol.

I would use it, but make sure you set up a good ventilation system in your grow area. Put it on a light cycle of 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark, and say hello to the buds for me :peace:
