well well .. i will take the bashing critism lol but also i do have other lighting in there so it could be from everything before hps an t5s i was in the low 80s range i forgot to add in a good area but was forced to move to a hotter area an now im in this boat will have to make some adjustments im gonna take out the 150 watt hps an t5s an get a better reading but still none the less even a lone this light ran hotter then expected but you get what you pay for
All you really can do is put your hands up and say "i fucked up " . It's no bashing it's just being honest . The truth hurts sometimes although we don't like to accept it . You learned . Sell that hot Chinese lamp and invest in what's good and proven . I've been saving for the AT600 and I know it'll be worth every dime ! I'm okay with that .

i have about 848 watts in 2x4 tent with mixed spectrums
That's 106w per sq. ft. I'm growing autoflowers in a 2x4 tent at 21w sq ft. Usually we hear 40w sq. ft. is optimal, but LEDs are more efficient and you can get by with 30w.

I'd say you're overdoing it.

well i have to retract my statement i belive i just had to much wattage going on in my tent the vipar seems to be doing great i added cal mag to my nutes an the ladys love it fixed my little problems right up as far as heat they give off a little heat yes but haveing the proper ventaltion helps out good .. im only using half of the 600 watt panel at the moment along side the 250 watt hps/t5 light an the girls under the led are really filling out nicely vs the hps as far as veg goes there great haveing had any experince in bloom yet but i plan on running a side by side comparison to see will keep posted but for the money vipars aint bad would recomend for low budget led grows for sure ...
