new to dwc

im trying dwc for the first time ive bought a ph meter which i understand .i also bought a nutra-wand. my problem is one side says ec x700 the other side says ec x 500. which is the one i follow. thanks

ec 500. Your ec level for full grown plants should be, and i might be mistaken, 1.5 to 2.0 ec rating.For babies prob 1.0. Ohnestly i used my ppm a few times just to get how much nutes to use. PH and rez temps are top priority with dwc.

cheers m8 thanks for reply i was reading that the x 500 was for the usa and the x 700 was for europe.as im from the uk. i use tap water wich is ph 7.2 .i take it down to 5.9. plant seems happy at that. thanks
