New to Coco. Drooping leaves

This plant was looking great then during last watering they started drooping. I thought I may have overwatered but been giving them the same amount and they never did this.

Been in these cups for around 19 days now. Is this root bound? I see roots coming out the bottoms.

pH is 5.8 @ 1.2EC
Rockwool starter cubes. Those cups are about 32oz.

They looked hungry

Excuse my ignorance. I've been growing a while but only in DWC/RDWC where you don't run into these kinda of issues.

I'm thinking either root bound of overwatering though I don't think they are big enough to cause root bound symptoms. So perhaps I am just overwatering.

More than likely overwatering and you have holes in the bottom of the little bucket I’m sure.

1.2 ec seems a little high for a plant that size. My coir feeds in max bloom are only 1.1 ec.

I just had a similar issue with my first go at rockwool.

In hydro we dont get droopy plants often.

But in coco and rockwool i think the humidty plays a big part

Cause.im like wtf they should have plenty of air in the cube to be over waterd but with the block being so wet.

I think my vpd was off. So i changed the humidity in the room
And boom perkin back up
And with fully soaked cubes to boot :)

So check VPD and humidity
