My clone domes sit on heating mats you can buy online. They only raise the temperature 5-10 degrees. The optimum temperature in the dome is 85 degrees. The desired humidity is 100%. To keep the humidity high you want to leave a half-inch or so of water standing inside the dome. I keep a spray bottle in the dome room and spray the clones' leaves a couple times a day. Note: if you do not see condensation inside the dome every time you check then you have a problem. It is important to keep the humidity as high as possible. Keep the dome vents closed first 3-4 days and crack the vents a bit more every 2-3 days.

So, keep 'em moist and warm!
Good luck, BigSteve.

Cloning made easy

Ez-clone machine.

Works like this, take cuts, put them in machine, turn on ( that's the most important part, I've forgot all the time) come back in ten days to plant your new clones

Exactly what "bigsteve" wrote a couple posts back. Clones need moisture (humidity), warmth and darkness until they germinate. AGAIN, exactly what "bigsteve" wrote. It's exactly what I do.
