I don't know if this has been suggested already or not, but i think that there should be a stealth/micro grow sub-forum under grow-room design. This is because not everyone has the resources to have a full scale operation, but people still need help designing their stealth cabs and boxes, and its a huge pain to comb through all the pages of other forums just to find a little help/information
