New plant growth affected

New poster i'll start by saying hello from Colorado, I'm having issues with the new plants they were started from seed and do not have any bugs and I'm feeding them with the full line of canna nutrients, temperatures are around 75-77 and it usually is about 35-45 percent humidity and there in veg, they also get foiled every other day with fasilator, rhizotonic, and boost. And there under t5's at the moment that are about 3 ft away from them. So now that you kind of understand what I'm putting into them and their environment . The new fan leaves seem to be wilting but it starts from the beginning of the leave making its way out. Same with new growth it's wilting from the base of the leaf outwards. Also some of the leaves fingers are angled left and right, not up and down which would indicate over and under watering. So I'm just stunted, any input would be awesome. Also I'm sure there are no pests because I just spent am hour + with a 100x microscope combing through all plants and didn't find anything.

I should probably mention these are the clones of the seeds I just popped that are now in flower. And I was thinking broads but my flowering plants are doing very well and aren't showing any signs of broads. I can post some close ups of the damaged leaves if that helps.

a buddy recommend using forbid/avid/akari combo if it is but I'd obviously rather not go that route if I don't see anything moving on the under sides of the leaves. Or ever for that matter.
Looks pretty clean. Never had clones do that for me but maybe just some type of cloning stress, idk.

Well I'm thinking it may be a combination of foiler feed being applied to late and not getting enough time to dry and the lights popping up along with maybe a bit of over feeding. And yeah never seen leaves do something like that. And there all green point seeds, with the same stardog cross so it might just be genetic
