info:
86-93 deg. F
Rh 22 - 41 %
soil : (see pictures) mix 80/20 20 org 80 virg
do u have a amazon account .....if so then order this (note the wording on the package and leaf design)
http://www.amazon.com/Dr-Earth-807-Grown-Potting/dp/B00710DEDC
as u see it is a prime item so it is stored in a local warehouse with in 500 miles of u so u will get it in 2 days (comes in brown box like all ups packages)

what the other guy told u is good soil too .......but does not have the power or bat poop that other one does

regardless u are going to need a feed system to get the best out of the plants
http://www.amazon.com/General-Hydroponics-Organics-Go-Box/dp/B004PS4B08
that is a all in one feed system (u do not need to buy any more feed for about 9-12 plants )....it is organic system so it will care for the soil PH and micros in soil making the work simpler for u with a good taste end product

i always tell ppl to get some pipettes 1ml and 3ml ones 500 count (just amazon it like 22 bucks for the 2 boxes lasted me 3 years makes mixing feeds simpler) .....on the side of the box it tells u what to mix into a gallon of water at what stage( 5mls 10mls 1ml) .........the jugs of water need to be that water jugs or juice jugs (milk jugs do not work as u can not clean it out 100% so things will grow in it) ....what ever u do not use that feeding dump out as it will not save until the next watering

your water .......if u are well water then u are going to be ok .......if u are city water u need to do some work (they add herbicides to the water to keep roots from growing into pipes) so u need to clean that out ......2 ways
1 is a filter http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Hose-Filter-Chloramines-Pesticides/dp/B007I6MN72
hooks on hose or deep sink removes all that crap from the water
2 is the open air purge ........u fill a bathtub with hottest water u can and walk away for 2/3 hours (water should be room temp) then u can jug the water up for use ......the heat and large surface area allows the chemicals to purge out into the air

your planters as u are new keep it small 3 gallons
http://www.amazon.com/Viagrow-Gallon-Fabric-Aeration-Pots/dp/B0099TZHAG/
fabric pots keep the roots from balling up and choking out .....keeps u from over watering it as it will leak out once the soil has as much as it can hold......if u have a issue the first thing is always PH check/rebalance this means u are passing a high amount of PHed water tho the soil to shift it to where u want it( fabric pots make this simpler)....has handles to make moving easy

anything else u need

thank you thumper and justugh lol i think imma get the home depot stuff for now and then order that stuff tonight should i get some perlite too or will that be necessary??? also lighting light bulb recommendations (preferably at home depot)

your still going to need feeding .......what home depots is not ment for us ........using their feeds and choices will limit your results

if u are using promix and only what u can find there then your best choice is going to be to mix up super soil so u only need to water the plants
http://www.hightimes.com/read/subcools-super-soil-step-step
that is original way
http://growingorganicmarijuana.com/subcools-super-soil-improved
the new way plus a few others

they do not sell the right light ......the down side of CFLs is the depth and heat they get/make .......the weed will always be fluffy the top 3 buds might be dense (cfls only put out 12 inches of usable light and 2 1/2 3 inches of that needs to be space between the plant and light as they get to 160/170) so as u add more cfls to cover the area the heat in the are increases there is a point of not enough light but to much heat so i am telling u skip that before u buy years worth of light bulbs
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XC3LBI2
that will let u learn and get u some decent returns for your effort ........when u like it u can invest in a better light

Classic newbie mistake, drop the Vigoro Soil (it says feeds up to 6 months, meaning most likely a slow release nutrient)... which in most cases it TO MUCH for a little seedling of that size. Every time you water it will release nutrients slowly. Also be careful not to over water. Maybe you can get away with the Vigoro later in flowering, but there are better alternatives.

You can also bring the CFL lights closer to the seedlings maybe a couple inches above.

Tap water is perfectly fine. Just allow it to be left out for a day minimum, as to allow chemicals/chlorine to evaporate. It will also allow the ph the stabilize.

Looks to late for that little one...should not be giving a seed nutrients for at LEAST 2 weeks....the seed has plenty of nutes for 2 weeks of life....then just a very low dose of nutrients. Joint master was right about the soil....

which nutes>>> sorry veryy new
You don't need to give any nutes period the first 2 weeks. In fact most bottles will tell you not to give any of them in the first two weeks from seedling, I know Fox Farm does.

Looking at your pics, your soil looked a bit on the dry side. How much water, and what kind of water were you feeding it?

Also - I think you temps are a bit high. Over 90F is not good, IMO. I keep my room around 73-80F. I won't ever go over 80F.

She looks dead. You can try giving just plain water for a couple days and see if she perks back up, but I think she's dead.
Next time just plain water until she has at last 3-4-5 SETS of leaves. And then start nutrients at 20-25% of full strength, then slowly increase. (ie. if the bottle says 20ml/gallon, you would start with maybe 4-5ml/gallon). You basically gave a new born a T-Bone Steak when all it needed was its bottle of milk!

^ +1 for pro mix.

Nutrients; do some research op. There are many different types and brands. Some of the more mainstream ones being, General Hydroponics (three part), Fox Farm (three part), Sensi (two part).

I've used it many times without any real issues. I add more perlite, but I do that to any pre made soil I use. Check your local store it may not be in stock depending on where you live and season. I don't use cfl but I people use lower kelvin for flower higher kelvin for veg.

so what should i use my budget is pretty blown at this point i got whats in the pictures above nutrients and soil and perlite but idk what to do on lighting
