New grow space planning.

Hey guys and girls. I'm just doin some brainstorming and I need to change my grow setup. I was going to upgrade to a closet grow and have a space about 2x2x6-7'. And run a tasty led in it. But now I'm thinking of moving under my stairs. Approx measurement. 3x3x4'. If I went this route what lights would you recommend? Still the tasty led? Maybe the smallest tasty? This grow space would be my ideal choice due too stealth but if I can't run a good enough light for one or two plants (scrog) I will change.

Not looking to use hps or mh. Currently running 4 43w Cfls for 1 plant.

You're still better sticking with the Tasty LED's in the 3x3x4' space, really your only option to manage heat and overhead with only 4' of height. Only thing with the 4' height is you'll have to flip your plants early but you can still grow SOG or SCROG style in there and yield a good bunch of weight from a small space. I've pulled 6+ dry zips from a 2x2x4' space with older COBs.

Ok that's good to hear! My goal isn't so much quantity as it is quality but I also don't want a gram off them lol.
Which tasty led would you go with? 2 cobs or 1. And the 2400w or go with the smaller 1400w?

Yeah, I'd talk to @Rahz on the sizing for a space like that. I'd say 2x T2-1400's if I were putting them in a 3x3 based on what I'm seeing with mine but he may suggest something else. The T2-1400 or T2-1750's I'd recommend because they'd generate less heat, the 2100's are fine but they'll throw off more heat and with only 4ft height that could be an issue.

Two T2-1400s would provide a low heat solution, over 600 PPFD in a 3x3. Leave the reflectors off and it should work fine with a 4 foot ceiling. Some kind of exhaust will likely be necessary.

Exhaust is no issue as smell will be so ill need to scrub anyways. Very much appreciate the help! Thank you!!

You're welcome. I don't stock 1400 series any more but will be glad to build them. You will need to request them if you want them built.

I am the builder of tasty. :)

It would be $330. Couple weeks lead time to work the enclosures into the next batch.
