Well Dubi, from the looks of that first pic, it appears that it might've went hermi. You might wanna remove that plant outta there with the girls or risk some of the other ladiez gettin seeded. What I've done before, this is just coming from my own personal experience, I'd go through and check the rest of the plant and see if you have a bunch of those poppin up. When I got a few on a plant one time, i just plucked the few that I saw and had no problems cause I caught it early. But again, if there's several of those banana pods and they're trying to open then I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you might have to chop it or let it finish out else where
