finally had time to snap some shots tonight. Been very busy between my full time job and the garden. Pulled a couple plants since last update. GIGA bud was very nice, finished at 9 weeks and I got just over 9oz. OG 18 finished at 8 1/2 weeks, yield was pitiful, just under 4 oz but it is killer smoke. I am now in a rotation of 2 plants in and 2 out every 2 or so weeks.

sorry for the lack of updates/time spent here, hope you understand....life happens
Hope all is well

Hey Bro :-) LMFAO .... If I did not see it for myself, I would say you were just kidding about being busy. I really do not know how you do it Bro :-) You were extremely busy that day at the shop when we stopped in, and I have seen your garden, and all of the hard work that you have put into it. :-) You are deff a very busy man !! I am glad that you finally have a great rotation going, as I know that was top priority with you (and I can see why a CareGiver wants to have ample, constant supply for their patients.

Thanks for the update Bro and continue the great work that you do :-)

Peace and Love

Didn't fall off a cliff

Hi budwich
In respect to the electrical circuit being 240 volts, That is a good thing.
The cost of running devices on 240v as apposed to 120v is that it should cost only half as much on your electric bill.
ohms law of power and energy (1volt X 1amp= 1watt). The power bill reflects amps.
So... by increasing the voltage you will use half the amps to achieve the same wattage. (2volts X .5amps= 1watt).
I found this very helpful when i setup my Canoe/Kayak shop. I try to shop for everything i can that runs off 220v. In the long run it will save you money.
My grow setup will be all Fluorescent bulbs and the cost savings of 220v devices is not properly offset by the cost of higher voltage fixtures.
Hence i will use standard 110v lights, unless i can find a good deal somewhere on fixtures.

Sorry to rain on your parade, Calvin but that is one of the most common myths out there.

Running on 240 does have advantages, but saving money on your bill is not one of them. The electric company charges by kwh, as measured coming through your meter. How you deliver that electricity from your meter to your device does not matter. 240 can be more efficient in that regard but it doesn't use less electricity.

You can run more devices (or more powerful ones) with a single circuit on 240 than you can on 120 (duh) but the kwh running through the meter will not change.

If what you suggest were true (that electricity use can be cut in half, simply by running on 240), wouldn't everything run on 240?

^^^right. I did 240 because it was a raw space, and it was the same price to wire in. only lights run on 240, everything else is regular 110. Don't think it does anything for savings, power bill last month was 500

finally an update.. Got my computer back from the shop, no biggie. Sorry to all that have been following this for the delay. Garden is doing great, chugging along. I cut the number of plants in the flower room to 9 because they are huge. Almost too big for the room. Some buds are less than an inch from the glass with reflectors all the way up. I expect to pull about 8-10 oz per plant...which is reasonable considering my last harvests. Anyways, everything is looking dank...hope you enjoyDSC00602.jpgDSC00601.jpgDSC00604.jpgDSC00603.jpgDSC00605.jpgDSC00612.jpgDSC00614.jpgDSC00606.jpgDSC00616.jpgDSC00609.jpgDSC00613.jpgDSC00617.jpgtrying to get some bud shots of cured buds, lighting is pretty tough. Lookin good bud! If you need lighting for better camera pics, buy a cheap clip on shop light, the ones with they round aluminum reflector from wallyworld or a store like autozone. Put a white cfl in and stretch white nylons over the reflector. You can clip the reflector to something next to you and it will light up the object that you are taking a picture of. It is a really cheap way to lighten up photos. It helps show the details, but not over power the photo. My pics have looked so much better since I learned this cheap trick!
