I read the newspaper article on the "club."
They indicate that the club has plans to have a "massage" room at their location.
I'm not sure the smell of ganja, the sounds of flesh slapping and the faint grunts of, "Oh gawd that feels so good," will be a good thing at keeping passersby from calling in the ultra modern, and famous, Keizer police.
