New cloner question

Well, heres my new aerocloner. I learned from cloners I built in the past that I am soaking the RW way too much so my question (for someone that knows-AKA more than 10 posts) is at what level should I have my water in this setup?

I was thinking between the words Tidy and Cats would be a good level. Ya/No?Thanks!

I would fill it until you have 3 to 4 inches between the bottom of the net pots and the water level.

I see that you have an air wand and heater. How are you going to nourish the clones?

I have a similar setup in a small 8 gallon tote, except that I have added an ultrasonic fogger so that the roots get misted or fogged with solution or ph'd water to promote growth. Here's a look at my clone setup. I also cover it with a dome for humidity.

The fogger came from the pet store in the reptile section. Not cheap at about $45.

I put 4 gallons of water in mine and it allows about 2 to 3 inches between the bottom of the net pot and the fogger float.
