New Beginnings for Massachussetts and I

So if there's a central area that a lot of us could come to meet, that would be excellent. I've been contemplating and thinking of talking folks like ourselves to meet up once every other week or something at a bar or sit an eat type or deal. Talk about growing cloning you name it. There's no issue from what I can see with gifting clones and what have you. I know I got my own by donation. From a reputable source. I'm all for this. I'm very young in this game. But I plan to grow in this industry and see what the future brings with a lot of devotion and commitment behind it.

so i don't live in america but i have read that Washington, California and Oregon " i think" legaliized cannabis for both medical and recreational use but what does that actually mean?

what i mean is how many plants can you grow?

how much weed can you actually have? eg dry bud that is ready to smoke

and can you just start a business now like in amsterdam and start selling ?

i'm am just really interested to know how it works there now and what differences it has actually made on the area "have you seen loads of coffee shops starting up where you can buy weed"

It means you can legally carry small amounts of cannabis in public. It does NOT mean you can smoke it in public, nor sell it without a license, or smoke and drive or even grow it yourself in certain states.

There are now a total of 8 states with recreational legal cannabis.

No coffeehouses where you can walk in and smoke, only dispensaries to buy it. You can smoke as much as you want but you are limited in how much you can buy at a time, usually an ounce at a time, 28g.

Amsterdam has outlawed cannabis and is closing coffeehouses. Their tourism industry has suffered greatly so I expect this to be reversed soon.

In Colorado and Oregon you can grow 6 plants per person. To grow more in Colorado, you need a medical card, I'm not sure about laws in other states.

I bet that didn't help you feel less confused, did it? Lol

hahaha i'm a little less confused

so for example in colorado i could legally grow 6 plants and yeild what ever i can so veg them to monsters and flower?

then i could store the weed i yield and smoke in my home as much as i want but if i am out and about i can only hold a maximum of an ounce and i cannot smoke any of it in public ?

that is still worlds away from some countries where you still face serious jail time, well happy for you guys and think it shows the world that the stigma surrounding weed should come to an end. enough people smoke it now for it to become common place in society and thats before the medical benefits even come into play..

Colorado is the only state that does not regulate how much cannabis you can keep at home. Most others limit it to a few ounces.

Here in Colorado, I grow trees. My best is 32.5 ounces from one plant, or .92kg.

what about tourists ?? lol can we come to colorado and smoke some herb ?
YES. You'll need an ID that proves you're 21 or older. Finding a legal pace to smoke it will be harder; not in your car, not in your hotel, not outside, not in public places.

Kinda like Beowulf...

Massachusetts. One adult I. The home can grow 6 mature plants. Two adults over the age of 21 can grow a total of 12 mature plants legally in the home. No more than 12. You are allowed to posses in your home 10oz of dried marijuana. No stipulations on trim or edibles and what not. Shatter wax you name it. You are allowed to donate and swap marijuana clones and things of that nature. You may at no time sell marijuana. Unless you are a licensed medical care taker or something Like that which hasn't really even been established outside of dispensaries. Only licensed dispensaries can sell marijuana. You are allowed to drive around with no more than 28 grams of dried bud at anytime.
A douche cop can pull you over arrest you just because and let you deal with the courts. Not legal but not illegal to do so either. More to come in future. I say this with pertinent knowledge I have family I. Mass that are law enforcement.
2 are cool the other is fucking super duper steel shield through and through. No concept of what's to come and all the great benefits there are to this new age were in here in Massachusetts

A cop can pull you over and give you a ticket for popping your zits in the rear view mirror and you still have to deal with the courts. They can flat out make shit up- and you still have to deal with the courts.

America, where you have rights! ...until you actually NEED them. :cuss::wall:

For any of you having odor problems, I just found this

https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=31679

I'm definitely building one !!
So this is only an 6x18" scrubber and for my small veg room I use it. Works great. Simple 175 can fan as well and hard duct piping not just flex. If you use flex it has a lot more airflow problems than hard ducting medal tubing does. Shit works great little more money but. If you are trying to move air. A lot easier for a stiff piece than a flex one.
