Neem as mite repellent?

First I have no bugs, even used a 300X USB microscope.

I want to use a low ratio of neem as a repellent.
Should I go 25% or 50%? Iv had bad luck with neem melting the hell out of plants when the mix gets
to 100%.

Dyna Grow 100% neem oil.

I use it at half strength in warm water and a few drops of dish soap.
Keep stirring it while using it.
No fans and not with the light on.

Get top and bottom and lightly mist the soil n container.

thats all I know.
At that dilution it rarely damages a leaf.

cool, Im using an atomizer and they are outs so no lights after dark.

By the way I used Nuke Em from flying skull to rid my self of the mites, but my plants are also pretty healthy also.
Nuke em did burn at 100% and when I hit the bottom of the sprayer it killed a plant, its oil I guess.

Yeah I dilute, warm, stir, use then ditch leftovers.
