need some info on vert setup

my plan is to make a bracket to bolt a hid socket so the threads of the bulb are even with the edge of a old 6" duct fan i have just going to drill holes in the motor mount bracket for the socket
if i attach a inline fan to this and duct it out of the grow space is there a need for the big fan blowing up at the light ? can i just use smaller fans placed around the circle to shake the plants ?

With my fan blowing up on bulb, and the inline fan sucking air in from outside... My plants wobble a bit without any other fans.

i was going to use the space everyone puts a fan in
in the middle of the donut for seedlings i run auto's so no lighting issues
if im running a 640 cfm 6" fan ducted on a bracket just like the cool tube minus the glass
i should be able to get away with just some side oscillating ?
