Need some help

I've been researching some on this and it looks and sounds like a phosphorous defeciency. Just started a week ago and I figured it would come out of it but no. I gave her a 1/4 shot of mg that's all that's available for me at this time but I did that once and used straight water the next time after and this is what I've got. It's about due for a transplant to its 5gal home but need to know what to do about this. Do I need to wait for the transplant or can it be fixed during or will the bigger pot help? It's 4weeks old and in a 1 gal pot now.

It's not my soil I have mg nutes the soil is store bought topsoil with no npk and perlite mix. I've used my rapitest ph meter and it's sayin it's around 6.7-6.9 all the time. And my temps are always around 70-82 with a 30-45% humidity. I thought those measurements were desent but maybe not any ideas

Topsoil from menards and perlite mix, 6.7-6.9 ph, and watering every 5-7 days depending on how the top 2" of soil feels. Started out with 1/2 cup of water and I've upped it to 1 cup.

Yeah ok it's your ph then I bet. Try some dolomite lime to bring it down a bit. It's either ph or your soil's too hot, but you said it had no npk.

Good luck!

Why the top 2 inches? You want it dried right out before watering again. It does look overwatered aswell.

Yea the bag of topsoil had no npk value on the bag. Mg all purpose nutes 24-8-16. I've read a lot of places that the finger in the first coue inches is a good method. I've also used my rapitest meter but I don't believe he moisture meter on it works I can just water them and it tells me they are dry the next day.

So I transplanted and she was a lil rootbound but roots looked good. I checked the ph of my tap water and it's like 8.4. How can I fix what's already been done if I even can

My first grow was with Vigoro plant food wich is same as MG. I used 1/8 strength from 2 weeks then upped 1/8 each week till she could take full strength. Rootbound your plant is? Well lucky for you it's still young. Try 1/8 nutes and slowly increase. You transplanted so you should be fine. Remember the MG is chemical derived so it will build up salts in your medium. You don't want that. I suggest flushing every month or so to remove excess salts. Also let some water drip out when you water and dump it don't lt it stand. Hope this helps.

Edit: Also check your runoff pH it will give you an idea what you soil is about. Peace.

Bro that soil is rubbish, not 'topsoil' fucking bullshit, its some shit they bag up and sell it as 'topsoil' . Get some hydro veg nutes and use that, but not for a week or two as those sick little things wont be drinking or eating for a while.
