Need some help with my grow setup

Going into the veggatation stage how many watts is ideal to use for lights and how far away should your lights be from the plant?? Are 120 watts daylight equivalent bulbs good

T5 4ft will fit 3 plants under it comfortably. Its around $120 after the bulbs. You can change the bulbs for flower or just alternate bulbs in your fixture to get the full spectrum. With a t5 you can have the light 6 inches above tops and have some nice tight nodes
