Hmmm... if my old model one (can't use and charge simultaneously) happened to stop working, I wonder if the warranty would get me the newer one.

I like the solo, but if there's one major flaw it's that! Glad to hear they changed it.

Well I finally got a chance to use the SOLO. Very small learning curve probably because I put wet AKR in there tonight. I set it to 7 and I'm good to go. Really like it so far.

Thanks for opinions guys/gals. I'm going to rip another bowl here............This works really well. I can see turning it down to maybe 5 or 4 if it was dry. We will see.

I'm surprised this unit packs this much of a punch. Very impressed. My wife and I get 3 rips each. I turned it down to 6 with the wet bud. Works great. The bowl is pretty small.

Wet bud frustrates me in the solo... wait til you try fully dried stuff, you'll get even better rips. (I start on 4, work up to 6 throughout the bowl usually)

I'd rather have the Davinci Ascent Vaporizer. I get a ton of compliments on it and it always works perfectly for me.
