I’ve used both Monterey products while budding while flowering spray them and watch them fall! The only product I’ve ever used in the last 3/4 years growing again
I know nobody wants to blaze buds that have pesticides.. but thats still an option, in sure someone gonna bash on the idea but he can still spray wash out the buds and dry them to prevent mold...
Theres gonna be some captain obvious that says the trichomes are gonna be affected but if thats your crop and you wanna smoke it you can either do that or say fuck it and make some hash

Yeah that’s what sucks about it it all is I only have a limited time to be able to even spray anything. Thanks for your suggestions and replies though. I actually think I’m closer to 49 days so I’ve only got about 10 more days and def won’t want to spray anything right before harvest. I guess if worse comes to worse I make a lot of bubble hash
No last year’s grow outside of blue cookies they were 11 foot three and 9 foot six we sprayed them because of we found caterpillars on one blue cookies and Gg4 right before we fed and flushed didn’t have to cut any plants sprayed the Monterey and watch them fall

I wouldnt do it today, but when i was in my teens i would smoke some shitty brick weed that people even found lizards in.. if you’re that close to havest im sure you could find a way to remedy your harvest

Lol holy shit at lizards! I’ve been told I can use the mercenary up to 7 days before harvest. And it will dissipate without leaving a taste change. One plant is worse than the others so maybe I chop that one early for hash, and cure the clean buds from the other plants to smoke. The bugs aren’t throughout the entirety of each plant yet anyways. I think I’ll get some of the Monterey to clean the grow room with once this cycle is done. I’ve got one more set of clones on deck and don’t want to deal with this shit again.

yes lizzards and grass hoppers mold and such.. i used to buy an elbow break it up then place the weed in water overnight then remove the bud from water let it dry and make some iso with... the bud was just that bad but it was all i could buy when all the 450 ozs of dank were gone so if i wanted to smoke i had to refine that shitty brick weed this is 2010

You’re buds will be fine bro dont let a bug tell you when to harvest.. youve came a long way just keep them in check by removing a couple.. look under fan leaves and try and keep it under control
The moment you say its gone far enough give them a chop

Search for

mould mites
Flour mites
Cheese mites

See if they correspond to yours.

I suspect the mites you are seeing are from your living soil as they feed on mould and decay etc.

do they look like they have long hairs on their backs?

I have a feeling the bugs will dictate harvest on this one. If i can get to 60+ days that would be ideal. I usually go by trichomes so hopefully it plays out alright to keep some bud to smoke.

Well as soon as I stopped spraying the bugs exploded. Am going to chop tonight at day 55. Would rather salvage some than none. Was able to get some different pics. The bugs are everywhere now even outside the pots and on the plant risers. Hell they are even crawling on the spray bottle of mercenary.

I guess I’ll do a wash on the buds after harvest and clean the room like crazy.

Surprised you don’t see flyers. I would give everything a soak in diluted peroxide, cup of 3% to two gallons, then soak in fresh water to rinse, minute or two each.

Yeah no fliers and still no visible webbing. It’s very confusing but I’m leaning towards aphids. I washed in peroxide and rinsed with water. Watched Jorge’s wash video and followed his method. What’s done is done and hopefully I can reset and move on.

Won’t affect trichs, just shake the water off or a light breeze.

Like I said earlier

Search up mould mites or similar types that starting point.

ORIBITAD mites would be another to look up.

i don't like to use anything at all once they start to flower, but if you absolutely have to, i'd suggest spinosad, like captain jack's dead bug brew. it's the most natural, least harmful( to humans) pesticide i know of. a lot of people will say use neem oil, but neem oil smells and taste like rotten thai food...i'd rather have aphids
