I have been using the kind k3 l450 for my 4x2 tent. The actual draw is 270 watts or so.
It covers like 3 and a half of the 4 feet length of my tent, and it covers more than the 2 foot width.
the plants love it, but its kind of expensive. Its like $750 right now.
There are some new technologies to explore. The COB LEDs that are coming out right now look promising.
The mars hydro I believe is turning some out.
This is the only LED that I have owned, but I will recieve an apollo LED tomorrow for use in my custom veg rubbermaid box.
But I love this light, the plants seem to as well, I have to raise the light to try to make the plants stretch because they just keep getting bushier under this light.

Personally...i'd throw a 600 cooltube in there. Preferably magnetic hid. Cob is fine but i'd rather go with what i KNOW works, just an opinion.

Thx for the reply ! Plants look nice ! I was wondering about those cob LED and how they worked. Have you used this light before how did the yield turn out ?

I actually prefer cooltubes with a reflector over standard hood etc. So yeah i'd say go ahead and do your thing. The dimensions are perfect for 400-600 imho.
