Need help with what I can add to boost P & K for my flowering girls

Hey whats up ?? I'm new to this site, and this is my first grow in a while. I'm growing 2 plants from bag seeds. They are in like the 3rd or 4th week of flowering. My question is that I'm growing in merical gro moisture control soil. And it looks like my girls need some extra P & K. I can't find any nutes that just have p and k without the n. So I came across some stuff called Espoma triple phosphate. So should I use that and if so how and how much ?? And could I add molases and some banana peels for extra k ?? I just don't want to add any n or to much p and k because of the time released nutes in the soil. Any help I can get would be appreciated.

Do yourself a favor and post a pic. Molasses and banana peels are not going to be the way you want to go given the nature of your slow release nutes. They don't make for the friendliest environment for the bacteria needed to break down and deliver those ingredients to your plant.

I will try and post some pics in a lil bit. What about the Espoma triple phosphate. It says feeds plants quickly

Thanks Puf, lighting is a little tough, what are you seeing specifically that makes you think you need more P&K? .

Oh it's not that I think there is any deficiencies. I just heard that during flowering u need to add extra P And K. I know that the time release nutes in the merical gro soil is still there. So I figured I would just add a lil boost of p and k to help bud development.

Well hold your horses just a bit then. I know there are some successful MG growers that will see this and advise you. I would caution against adding anything because one plant is clearly a little over fed already but neither looks like they need more of anything to my eye. If you overfeed with that soil you are pretty screwed because you can't really flush it without releasing more nutes. So hang in there and get some qualified responses from MG growers first!

I think the best thing you can do for better bud development at this point is trying to get better light on them. Good luck!

Yeah I know I need more light. It's more of a outside/open window grow. We have just had a lot of rainy cloudy days as of late. It looks spindly also because I trimmed a bunch of leafs and bottom branches off. Because I thought it would put more energy to the buds. Not sure what to do about the light problem because I don't have any gro lights. Damn it's about to rain again as we speak.

Don't trim any more you will stress the plant!
You can get led grow spot lights for fill lighting but
if you can get them out for more sun they will be a lot
happier. Even cloudy days outside is better than nothing.
