need help with my lighting and other

hi everyone i really need help this is my first grow tell u what i done i germed 3 misty seeds in paper tissue then put the tap roots in 7 cm pots under 250 watt hobby grolus light well anyway within a day my little hope to be lady has sprouted one so far has sprouted temp was 27 to 30 and huminity was about 30 50 well anyhow i think tht the light is to much for them so young so iv moved them under a little flocence light is this a good move im growing in cocoponic ph is fine and tht but can some one tell if did right move im worring tht my others ent gonna sprout well now there under my florence light 11 watt i know it ent alot but should be ok for week or so is tht right now room temp is 20 21 hum 50 is this all ok let me know with ya suggestions

yes you were best to move them, wait till there more est. b4 putting under a big hot lite, the flos will be just fine. dont worry it will come through. fingers crossed. just make sure they dont get to cold.
