Need help topping

Ok have my plants ready to move to my dwc system but after topping they jumped to 3' tall. Thats to tall to move to my scrog n get my screen on. They have 2 colas each. Can i cut these down a foot? If so one cola at a time and give a few days to recover or can i cut both colas without major impact to the health of plants?

If I don't top this plant a foot I will be fighting 5 foot plants and my screen will be over run.

In my opinion, just LST the that plant. Bend and tie it at 90 degrees and let all the other nodes turn into main colas.

As above just bend and tie down instead of cutting as this can really stress the plant and you don't need that.

Thanks guys. A friends gonna drop by an we will drop the screen straight down and take the time to thread the branches through the mesh and then tie the limbs down.

Topping it would have been the lazy's mans way for me, then i could drop mesh and not top them.

Im Being cautious with these Cali Connection 818 Headband and G13 Blue Venom plants before i move to grow room.
