Need help Quick!!!

Ok, so i found this plant on the front of my apartment building and i really think it looks like an MJ plant, so i have come here to make sure.



Is this really a marijuana plant, and if it is can you tell me the strain, or is it too early to tell?

And also it seems it has little white hairs 2 rounded leafs and 2 sort of sharp type leafs, the ends aren't sharp but rounded also

Looks like cannabis....as for the stain it appears to be cross between Mango Luau and Big Bubbalicious
