need help non flowering aeroflo

Okay, I am having trouble flowering my 13 plants, if any one who is experienced in aeroponic harvesting would help a fellow brother out I would love that. CUrrent situation I was just flushing them for about 2 weeks now , ppm is still rising and so is PH. NOt drastically, but somewhat drifts up. I am using AQua flakes a & b, along with Aptus additive whole line. Water chiller is 1/10 HP , water temp 66 f , ambient temp 79. RH is 45-50,
I can't figure it out, what makes them flower after the flip?
I have no light leak issues, plants look healthy to my own perspective. But why does it not show sign of sex after 2 1/2 weeks of 12/12?( whats the timeframe to define plant gender?

As far as I can tell roots hair are white ( roots are entangled so I can't pick them up.
REservoir smells normal, no funky algae smell
DOes ppm need to drop in order to show signs of metabolism?

My soup recipe at this moment, Flakes A+ B, Aptus Extreme feed schedule, along with h202, hydroguard , drip clean, hygrozyme.
I use RO water, also I am running only LED, I will upload better photos as soon as I find my camera.

Have things changed since your post? And is this the first time growing this strain?(im thinking maybe cuz you are going from seedling)sometimes plants just take a little longer than we like.I'm hoping you have determined sex by now?be careful also with things like your temp/rh gauge inside the tent with screens that light up.sometimes we forget plants see more light spectrum than us so some light wavelengths can be invisible to us but not plants,ir,uv etc.hope things worked out by now!
