Need help finding dealer? (I'm in Newcastle, England is it helps)

So I live in Newcastle in England and only a few of my friends smoke too, we had the same dealer but he's stopped selling now. None of us know any other smokers or any other dealers, we have no idea how to find someone else to hook us up. What would be our best way of finding a decent dealer? thanks
