Need help do I start using nutrients?

Hey sonny, More info is needed. We cant say if you should start using nutes just based on the pics. They look like they are suffering but we all need info on what they are growing in. For example if your using miracle grow the issue could be nute lock out due to a hot mix in the MG rather than a lack of nutrients so adding more would make things worse.
For anyone to help diagnose the problem we need as much info as poss.
What are you growing in?
What are you watering with?
What is the PH of the water?
What is the PH of the run off?
What are your temps and RH?
What lights?
Indoor/outdoor?

Welcome to RIU and good luck

Id say yes. Run about a quarter strength twice a couple days apart and see how the plant responds. It should turn greener.

I'm growing in Miracle Gro All Purpose
I'm watering it with spring water I heard it's the perfect ph level 4 the plants
I'm using a 600w HPS plant growth light
It's in my closet and the temps are 82-86

Ok sonny, cheers. That is why I asked. Miracle grow is a cause of many problems. I think you have a nute lockout and a nute burn because of it. Using more nutes on top now will make things much worse. Google nute burn and lockout and look through the images available. You will hopefully see what I mean. Then you can research how to deal with your issues. Its a more complicated and less desirable answer than some but the easy option is not always the best.
Last of all, don't take my word or anyone elses as gospel, plenty of research is needed. Better that than killing your plants.
Good luck.
Edit,
a couple more points. With Miracle grow every time you water the plants are feeding.
Sping water? from a spring in your area or bottled? If its bottled it could well have a PH of 7 to 5 which could be too high or low for some of the nutrients to be absorbed and could be locking out. See what the bottle says and adjust it to around ph 6.4

When should I start the light cycle 18/6??? Is it too late or too early??

You can start a veg light cycle of 18/6 from seed, so now would be the time. I assume you have had it on a window sill if your not already running a light cycle.
I hope she recovers! GL

I've been running my 600w HPS light bulb 24/7 is that bad or the reason 4 the dryness in my lower layer leaves & I also jus transplanted out of miracle grow into fox farm today and moved my light to 2 ft above my plants

24/0 is used by a lot of people, although some folks say you get better root development with 20/4 or 18/6. I cant say either way because I have not done 24/0 and checked the root zone, it could explain why the plant is taking on too many nutrients or could be a contributing factor. However it is also due to the MG your growing in. Switch to 18/6 that way less watering should be needed and less nutrients will be absorbed.

Wow you leave so many variables.

1.what size is your grow room or where it grown at.
2.what are your watering cycles
3. What is your fertilizer N-P-K (the 3 big numbers)
4.do you have efficient air circulation and ventilation.

If I was to guess I would say it a combination of things your using HPS light that most use for flowering a MH is more suitable for vegetative. You said your temps where 82-85 it's best at 75-80. I see the the leaves turning yellow and brown at the tips which could be not getting enough water along with the 85°temps drying it out. But it's hard to say unless we know exactly what your doing and not doing.
