As stated, I know in here I will get the real facts rather than on the "Big Board Forum"

Before the tear down and move I had a 400 watt, and now want to upgrade to a 600 (Raptor 6). Question is, can I use both in the same cabinet space, or should I use them in different cabinets. My space will allow me 4 Wx 8L x 8H. As always, thank you so very much for the help.

1000 should work in there, with adequate air flow.

When setting up patients for a 6 plant grow. We normally do 7ft x 7ft x 8ft h, or 8 x 8 x 8 if they need a little more room to move around. 2 1000 watt lights, 1 fan for lights and one for air movement.

Thanks for all the input. It finally came in at 7 X 7 X 7 with the 400/600/1000 ballast and the Raptor 6. Going to try to squeeze in the 400 watter if I have room to hang and give me the spread that I am looking for. I also have 1 6 inch inline, as well as (2) oscillating fans going for air movement. Learning so very much from all of you and I cannot thank all of you for everything. Thanks again .... Bob
