Need help asap, so many visable issues not sure were to start correcting

For the last month or so I have been growing 1 plant in my dwc 10 gal tote. everyday I am more amazed at its growth rate. all in a 2 day period that I can visibly see anyway things are out of control..
I have what looks to my noob eyes to be nute burn even tho I have been using the same half dosage rate for 2 weeks, what appears to be a gnat which may explain the most odd thing of the smaller leave appearing to shrink in the middle of the leave as if it had a string tied around it in the middle. looking under the hood appears to be root rot not severe but more then im trained to to handle. I have about 10 bottles of 3% peroxide but wasnt sure about amounts ect. also one last odd thing I see is grayish spots on a few leaves. took the best pics I could on my cam. I can take more if needed. any advice no matter how small would help alot.
Im using technafloras bc 3 part nutes. tote is painted black so no light leaks that im aware of, also started adding frozen bottles of water to rez about 5 days ago.

wats ur ph/ppm and temp of ur rez, it looks like u dont have many bubbles in them root pics??

this is the part where I fail at life. the ph is 6.0 but I don't know ppm as I haven't had the money for one until today. I will be getting one either today or tomorrow at the latest. res temp is about 75. as far as the amount of bubbles you are correct I didn't have many as I only had a eco air plus 1 and 1 6 inch airstone. I just got 2 new big pumps and 4 8 inch air stones to toss into the mix but havent added them yet as I didnt want to touch the water until I got some advice as it was doing excellent until now.

yep i went the same way about it, money is an issues with me 2 becuse i was in construction work and got pay off becuse peeps dnt pay thr credit card bills,lol thats y i started 2 grow cnt aford 2 buy,lol i didn get ppm pen till 4wks into grow when i started to get probz,lol yes when i seen ur leaves they look like the roots are being stavred of oxagen, more bubbles the better is the saying! they say rez temp shoung be keeped below 70, and also clean out ur rez every 10days r so becuse a bulid up of salts and nute bulid up! but i tink ur main prob is ur roots need more oxagen!
