Need feedback on KB led for veg tent.

Hey everyone. HLG being out of stock has geared me towards buying Kingsbrite led.( save some cash as well) What do Ya think about this light? I will also be putting a vipars.400 (200w) . This will be for a veg only tent. my main issues are, if they are legit LM301H diodes, the bin quality and if they use any tier bin. Their certification on alibaba looks iffy haha. Thank in advance

Bro, not to be rude, but there's literally HUNDREDS of posts of peoples opinions on these lights.. especially in "the Chinese quantum board knock off" thread.

12watts of power draw per sq foot of the tent. So a 4'x4' tent is 16sqft. 16x12= 192. Round up to 200. That's just for veg though. Flower is 30-35w for white efficient newer LEDs & 45-55w for blurples.

Cleared that up perfectly, thanks your advise its badass and has honestly helped me. I haven’t put phone down lol looking at threads. I’m getting close to pulling the trigger any minute now. One more question if it not a problem. Does veg tent need the uv diodes? I saw KB has version without ur but more cree 660nm. A lot of conflicting data.

Bro, UV is still so unexplored. All of us here haven't been using it for years. And the diodes on those board's are not even UV. They're violet. UV light is invisible to our eyes.

Yeah that’s my conclusion as well. I figured I should get the one with all cree( no Uv) and if People started to say to add UV; throw in rapid pucks or something like the( HLG uva or Cali UV bulb). Thanks again homie

I’m hearing nothing but good things from them. I ordered my 240 with 24 660 and 8 730. No uv. 3500k for my veg tent. Didn’t have that in4k but this will do 3x3. Your plants looks dope

Yeah you won’t need the viper to be honest. I find plants veg better without super intense light anyways. Flowers a different story.
