Need advice on harvesting/curing blueberry.

Looking for some tips on getting the best flavor from blueberry strain. Buds prolly three weeks or so from what I would think to be ready. Right now a mix of clear to cloudy trichs with very few ambers.

Grown in promix with conservative use of botanicare probloom and liquid karma.

Room smells of fresh blueberry and I would like some advice on bringing this wonderful scent/taste to the bag.

Usually harvest when half of trichs are amber, hang for 4-5 days, cure in a cedar box for a week and then put into mason jars for finish.

Have read where a flush is good for this strain to remove any chemical taste. I usually don't flush but wonder if it would be beneficial with this batch.

Thanks in advance to anyone who would care to offer any tips. :leaf:

Flush really really well, you don't want any chemicals in there

for some really beautiful blueberry flavour next time you should go organic

keeping the blueberry taste is going to come down to your curing

longer curing will really make it stand out

there's plenty on curing and harvesting on here if you need any help

p.s did you use dutch passion's blueberry? That is what I normally grow, I don't have anything going right now due to some legal issues but i'll be up and running again in a few months :bigjoint:

why a cedar box? just wondering. Seem like cedar would leave a taste. I flush every grow before harvest.
