need abit of help quick

ok heres my problem im in 5 weeks into harvest and my babies look good but im abit concerned about the zise of the bud. 2) the other thing witch seems to happend is that some of the main fan leaves broke off ( i only mean like 1 a week or 2). 3) i am also finding this lil black tiny flies in my soil very time i trie 2 kill 1 they dig them self down the soil
4) some of the buds at them bottom of the plant are very small and still have white hairs. but i have lights at the bottom. will they get bigger or ?????
5) and in the last 2 weeks of flowering can i cut most of the big leaves to stress the plants ie making them consetrate on the bud making them bigger?

well im high at the moment so i will give you a half ass answer...never pull fan leaves off unless their dead period...bottom buds may get bigger but probably not much...the upper buds should start to pack on more weight in the later weeks (depends on the light ur using)...and the flies are probably gnats...just get some fly paper or something similar should help with that...
