First off, you don't need to flush ever, especially with an organic soil mix. I use coco coir as 50% of my base mix without problems, so I don't agree that coir somehow breaks down to salts.

The plants look just fine right now and don't need to be fed anything. Does your mix have any amendments such as bone meal, guanos, etc? If not, you will eventually need to feed with ether a bottle nutrient regiment or a dry mix like espoma tomatoe tone.

I'm guessing those plants won't need anything but water for the next 3 weeks+

yep it has bone meal and kelp meal mycorrhizae fungi, oyster shell, rock flour, lime, Alaskan magic compost, kelp extract, yucca meal and some other things... I've also been feeding an early veg feed regiment

I use this line and I feed them with fertilizers once a week. I did however up the medusa and Gaia to 10ml/gal in veg and 15ml/gal in flower. Everything else I just go off the chart.

If your in an amended soil though, you kind of have to wait for the plants to tell you they want food. I would feed them at the first sign of the foliage getting lighter green.
