nearly dead babies need quick help (if still possible)

Believing that conditions were ideal in the beginning (temp, ph, medium, dome) for sprouting...

What if at some point, the temperature accidentally reached a very harsh 100 degrees F.

Supposing that out of 6 very healthy looking 3-5 day olds, there are now only:

- one baby with very brown leafs on both sides (the 1st non real leaves that comeup), but actually starting new green growth (new true leaves) that are v. small and just beginning

- one baby with pretty much zero leaves left (guessing due to the super hot temp that nearly killed everything, including most of it's first leaf). starting to droop as well.

- one baby with 2 large first cot. leafs (mostly brown), but the stem can barely support it, as it now drooping further each day.

Now we can suppose that in such an event that the other 3 came up beautifully and then died shortly after the 100 deg. mistake.

questions:
1. Would there be any chance on the 3 that are still "living" to survive.
2. In this case, is anywhere between 75-80 ideal (with a humid dome still or without)?
3. Would the individual that this happened to keep 18/6 or be better off 24/0 for a while?

Can things be improved?

Thank you so much
