@akhiymjames is a tester for Sin City, so he'd be the guy to talk to about their various strains. Real nice guy too so I'm sure he'll be happy to help you out...
I've seen 'em around I'll have to hit him up. I'm trying to break into commercial growing and move west as well as begin a small "boutique" style brand breeding so I really want to start collecting the best genetics and getting a bunch of mums going for both purposes. That said Sin City has tons of great sounding gear, some I'd like to work with on a few crosses. Thanks for the tip my man.

IMVHO Cannaventure is a victim of the new "social media" way of bullying. I picked up a bunch of CV crosses a few years ago on a whim and grew them. Wow. Some of my favorite plants to date (east coast cookie wreck may be my favorite strain i've ever grown). After I grew them I looked him up and found horrible horrible things being said about him and his gear etc. The more I dug I saw that it was mainly other breeders (pacific north west) and their groupie minions who were doing the bashing "I gave you pollen and you blah blah blah". Ended up being the same 3 or so people on every forum talking crazy shit. I give them credit for the amount of shit talked. I see people steered away from CV all the time yet they can't really say why "i think i read hermies?" I've done around 8 CV strains now and I would put him in my top with bodhi, GGG etc.

Not even the hint of a hermie. TBH I've had more herms on Bodhi's gear. If you haven't grown any CV I'd give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Right. With all the forums and outlets at our disposal it's so easy to ruin a breeders rep. when a bunch of people, many of whom haven't even tried a breeders strains will join the bandwagon and start running their mouths. For others who have not ran the strains it can be hard to separate the bullshit. At the same time it's hard to know who's being a fanboy or not as well.

You seem experienced with Canna and pretty level headed so I'll trust your opinion and pull the trigger on some of his beans. For the very least to see for myself.

Does anyone know who carries Cookie Wreck? It's always out of stock. The only place I've seen it is one of the Canadian sites that only takes cash or money order. Not quite my thing as far as payment. Everyone seems to love the strain and since I can't get my hands on a real GSC cut due to location I'd love to find a cookie leaning pheno.

Speaking of which i should buy some more east coast cookie wreck. Never know when they go. Forever!

Great info, I've really been interested in Sin City, they have a lot of good looking stuff, just need to check in on some journals so I can find what specifically suits my needs as far as finding a mother for SOG purposes. Looking to run some new stuff so I certainly appreciate the info my friend!

The quick shipping (especially not dealing with customs) and selection of genetics is exactly why I've come to use NGR after reading through this thread. It's got me pretty damn giddy!

Thanks for the rec. brotha. As I mentioned to St0w I have Sin City at the top o' my list. Will have to check the rest out! Thanks for the info on freebies. Freebies make the world go 'round ;)

I've checked out Exotic quite a bit and they have some of the most interesting hybrids, little pricey though.

Cannaventure's Cookie Wreck has been my #1 sought after strain. Can never seem to find it in stock though which is a huge bummer! I've also heard some bad things about Canna and his stock being hermie prone but then on the other hand I also hear the other end of the spectrum - that his strains are fantastic. I do admit I am a hermie phobic. So it's the reason I've been avoiding some of his other stuff.

La Plata Alien Blues and Budda's delight both sound interesting. Price is right too. Thanks!

SinCIty has great genetics I test for them and have run a few strains I've bought too. I've tested Oscar Goodman and Silverback Jack and they were both great strains loss the Oscar Goodman have a keeper of the Silverback Jack. Also grew Platinum Delights which I love truly. Running some more gear now Blue Power and Blue Lime Pie.

Don't know what your looking for but if you need some help deciding I can hit you with pics of strains and journals

Attitude has Cookie Wreck in stock now get them while you can who knows when they'll restock again

This is my first grow with Sin City. The Tangerine Power are the best looking plants in my garden (I also have Mr. Nice, BOG and Mota Rebel in it, to give some reference). I hope that correlates to taste. I don't worry about yield or potency, almost everything I grow is sufficient (NIrvana's Bubbleicious was the exception). I'm very pleased, so far.

White nightmare, Sin Valley og, blue power, and aliens jacked up is whar I've narrowed my order down to. Blue Power and maybe the valley OG I think would be great to cross out to some different genetics from what I've seen around.

What'd you specifically think of Blue Power? I know he uses it a lot in his crosses so something must have made it special to 'em.

Best part is that I'm currently in Sin City myself at the moment, heading back home tomorrow. I've had some great discussions about the cheap living here in Nevada along with influx of jobs. Might just base my business here if the med. industry isn't bad. Looking like rec. is coming 2016/17 so it'd be a great time to join the scene. Northern Cal was my first choice though as I've heard from many that there are legitimate patients in need and that's my forte' as I am around MI a lot with their caregiver system.

Anyone know if the breeder is on here or anywhere else and can be contacted? Would love some input on the local happenings industry wise.

Thanks for the tips and the heads up. Will be ordering some Cookie Wreck tomorrow, hopefully it stays in stock I know it goes super fast.

Rudy = ruderalis
A13 = apollo 13
Figured that's what it was just wanted to confirms that. I emailed the breeder to see if he could tell me more about it as far as flowering time etc. I couldn't really find anything out on the web really.

So assuming with the ruderalis it should not matter about light cycle should be auto or am I wrong on that?

That's correct, autoflowers will bloom under any light cycle. But to get max weight at harvest you wanna run 20/4 or 18/6 minimum

or you can wait until the mi cup is over.
N will have some exclusive goodies after the cup.
so start saving peeps.
Is he from MI? Any of y'all from MI and know how easy it is to get seeds at the cup? I bounce around from MI to surrounding state and was a caregiver, still help somewhat involved, long story but I'm not licensed anymore since I established residency elsewhere. But does anyone know if it's poss. to get beans without your card there? Very OT, my apologies.

Thanks for the heads up I'll probably order and then order again if be stocks on some goodies after that point!

I don't do much with autos anymore but 20/4 always did me very well. I'm one of the "darkness matters" kind of guys though some will disagree. Just personal experience. That's an interesting cross though.

You can go to the cup and hit up most of the booths but you can't go in the medicating area without your MMMP card.

Yeah since I am no longer under MMMP I was wondering if the vendors would even dare selling/giving away seeds to me. Still going either way, DJ Short on Saturday is enough to get me to drive a couple hours away.
