Absolutely.

This has been known for countless years by those in power. They are very good at manipulating public thought, however, into believing that - without them there to make all of our decisions, we'd descend into madness and chaos.

Truth is, we're at madness and chaos right now. I've said it before and I'll continue to say it -

If government was the answer, we'd be saved by now. We don't need it.

The hardest part comes from people relinquishing fear, which is what is actually happening on the planet right now. People are waiting for Christ to rise again and come save them. Once they realize that they are their own savior (and this won't come easy, it is a process of unfoldment) the world will truly be illuminated. We will look back at our history and laugh.

Really, one dude running an entire country?

Run your own damn life, I'll run mine. I'm more than happy to compromise.
