MyRollitup Screen Is all Screwed Up...?

I'm a little confused by how the "MyRollitup" screen works, or at least by how it's updated. Say I post a reply, a few days later the "MyRollitup" screen will say there is a new reply, but then when I go there...there isn't. It even says the name of the poster, and the time it was posted at...but there is no post. What can I do to fix this? Is it something I can change with my display options or something?

Maybe click on the "refresh" button on your browser? you can also press F5, I think

Okay I got it now, I didn't realize I had to refresh every page every time I open it.

Do I really need to refresh every single time I open a new page? Is there some option I can choose to stop this irratation?
