is it possible my vac is pulling more than -29.5 hg? my gauge is wildly inaccurate so i just leave the pump on for the whole time im purging. I have one of those vac-it systems from ebay and a 1.5 cfm 30 micron pump

It is highly likely and almost assured that you are purging below -29.5" Hg, with a two stage 30 micron pump. I recommend getting a gauge that you can calibrate and bleed air into the system through your back fill valve, to keep the vacuum at -29.5" Hg max.

-29.5 should be the absolute max at sea level. Here in CO at 7200ft we cannot pull more than -22hg. I prefer my winterized everclear BHO over vac purged, but in the end they are both delicious!

i haven't made oil because i haven't found a solution to this problem

bad starting material, or your de-carbing it before you blast.
or your de-carbing it in the chamber but if you not getting it over 100 like the OP said then the only problem could be starting martial
