I don't think so - this all thing costed me like 50EUR with two builds and mostly those costs were made by small things... If i could fit larger dresser in my room, i would do some cool stuff there :D

Thanks man, for good words! This was just a test for me, to see how I and Hempy Bucket gonna live together! So if now i have like 16+ budsites without bottom pop's, this ir really as far my best result for 1Liter besides when i grew in soil and pot 6L, i got lower result, than in 1L hempy... So, i can't wait, to put in - Critical + 2.0 fem in 8L (2gal) reservoir / hempy bucket + SCROG...

Haha, ok! Thanks dude!
What is your thoughts on switching this all setup to 50W COB? :>
I have a similar cab, just a tad larger maybe 90cm in height. Footprint is roughly 70cm x 50cm.
I am going to run 4 Cree CXA's @ 700mA. This will put out about 25w's or so for each cob. This is fairly soft but increases the efficiency [>40%+] of the light and increases the lumens per watt, probably about 140l's/w.

I probably will run them each on 15cm [30 for two] of 14.7 cm wide heatsinks cooled by a single 120mm fans per every 30cm of heatsink length.. People are also using Arctic CPU coolers for each COB. This might be of great benefit to you for placement.

You could get away with running 2-3 COB's in your space I would imagine. Just want to get the light spread as evenly as possible throughout the box.

I have been recommended to run 25w's or so about every 30x30cm of floor space, minimum. So if you ran 2 COBS @ 700ma [37v's roughly] you would be over that.
Most run these CXA's @1.4amps but are also dealing with larger height.

Cree CXA 3070 :bins: AB 2700k,Z4 3000k, Z2 3000k

Meanwell LPC 30-700 [might be 35-700]
LPC 60-1400

Wow! Cosmos sent you for me, as i few days wanted this information, haha!
Thanks, man :)
But 4 COB's will cost too mutch, so i tought about running 1x 3070 @ 1.4A at the center of box + SCROG, maybe there is some lense for that COB, so it can diffuse light in wider angle, and by idea - in that space i need that small light loss due lense.

cool grow, as ghetto as it could possibly get
Thanks! Slowly i'm doing upgrades from CFL's to 70w HPS, but then i better go for LED

Damn, most lines of cannabis will put out boy flowers from time to time., can't breed that out of them.

As far as 4 cobs, that was for me. I recommended 2 or 3 for you. But yeah running one would be okay, although I worry about light dispersion, from one. Reflectors only condense the light into narrower beams to enhance penetration. The COB by itself is 115 degrees of light, pretty nice dispersement.

Can you score some Cree Led bulbs off of Ebay for side supplemental lighting, then 1 Cree would be the ticket.

I would run it this way: [Except don't machine the cooler, just use thermal grease and kapton tape to hold the LED down.

Cree CXA3070 Z4 3000k
Mean Well LPC-60-1400
Arctic Alpine 11 Plus CPU Cooler [sometimes only $10 bucks]
Some kind of variable fan control for the CPU cooler fan [probably less than $10 as well]

Dear Diary:

So, i squeezed some of the popcorn, and there was a seed, green seed, damn...
Today i started to give plain water, i will flush her with 2liters, and then wont give water for next two/three days, then lights off.. otherwise thrichomes are cool... I hope that those bigger buds has no seeds in them ://

Pictures in the studio:

This is the bud with brown leaves, and very heavy coating of thrichs...

Another bud.

Two buds next to place, where i cutted the top down...

Ohh trichs :)

I don't know - is it autoflower or GH nutes or 1liter hempy bucket...
With 4Liter pot and bagseed i yielded 15g dry bud, using CANNA TERRA A/B + PK13 nutes

This was 1Liter Hempy + AutoFlower + GeneralHydro Flora series + Rippen
Ph'd mostly from 5,5 - 6,5 veg thru flower...
But these buds are smaller, and a lot of popcorns, next time i will definitely pluck all lower branches and budsites, because, no need of them...

btw - i took some small small bud from allready cropped one - damn man, body stone, mouth dry, really got me.. now i'm hooked, need to be patient to dry it all and cure properly!

Let's wait for final...

Good job on the grow. I skimmed through your grow and saw that during veg you had forgotten to water them and they looked all droopy. That may be the reason why you are noticing smaller buds and a lot of popcorns as well as some seeds here and there. Even though it recovered nicely flowering plants in general don't react well to being dry and heat stressed. Right now I'm growing chamomile in my indoor box and same thing happened to me. Forgot to water, she got droopy, I watered, she recovered, and now she's throwing out fucked up flowers with deformed petals.

Think you're doing everything right, just try not to have a major stressor on your plant next time and she should reward you with great swollen buds.

Thanks! I tought about that stress too, even cuz it is autoflower, she can't handle stress...
And that small containter, haha - cmon...
Now i will go with 8liter food-grade box painted black + scrog + 70w HPS

So i made a little update:

• Bought a 70w HPS - Philips SON-T PIA Plus [ 2000k / 6600lm / 91lm/W ]
• 2x - 4100k 20w (1155lm) CFL's

Check out how bright it is:
Screen Shot 2014-07-16 at 19.35.52.png

So totally, now i have - 8910 lumens + i can add easy three bulbs, every with 1000+lm, so i've mounted 10'000lm in that small box, haha! Hope it isn't too hot, haha

Cleaned everything up, and i think i will chop her off! :)

Running for few hours - for feeling temperature is stable (ambient is very hot too...)
For my next run it will be:

Critical + 2.0 (fem)

And i built a SCROG (basicly it's removable) and all box is removable from small growbox, so it makes easier to flush and feed her:
