He sells them on Ebay. Even has waterproof ones. $29.00? for waterproof, $19.00? for regular. His video shows how to modify a Westek timer from HD. Really easy and cheap. U need a screw driver, sand paper, and glue.

what about a smaller pump like an aquarium pump? mag drives can run full time without over heating you rez

Try filling 3 or 4, 1L's of water and throwing them in the freezer, throw them in the reservoir as needed. Keep a close eye out on the temp till you have a schedule down. Should do the trick for the over heated water in res.

Ok I just transplanted last night into my aeroponic systems. I checked the temp in the reservoirs this morning and they are around 83-85. I put H2O2 in the res to begin with and plan on doing it every other day. Should I have anything to worry about with my res temps as high as they are, even using H2O2? I am using a 400w MH with 70 cfm exhaust fan and the fan visible in the photograph to move air around. Can anyone think of a simple solution for such a small grow room?

Why in the world would hydrogen peroxide lower water temps in any setting?

Keeping the solution out of the res as long as possible will help cool it. On a hot rod if you can't install an oil cooler then you simply run oil lines all over the place to keep it out of the oil tank as long as possible. Heat always flows or moves from the warmer to the colder. Physics. Also if you can rig any type of waterfall it will help cool and aerate the soup at the same time.
