wow no inspiration at all. true sad shit, but wheres the uplifting story? another boo hoo i went in search for a gain in weed an came out friendless. dude we all die friendless with people pretending to likeh you and in the end you get he most flowers during your day of death and people lie while speaking at ur funeral. theres ur biggest fuck up. letting your head get to you. all that cash and you kids still dont learn you NEED a car and a house. the only 2 things. ive seen countless old fucks homeless. another thing how the fuck did you not invest? easiest way to keep cops busy. BIGGEST mistake you made was being a pot head. why do you all think there is just one seed? if you are that good turn that shit into a business with out the degree, o everyone got a degree and made their future. ive met plenty of well off folks who still said fuck college got certified by some agency and are selling homes and running profit just by exchanging commodities and services. Turn your fucking lights back on and get over it. grow some cancer sticks grow a field of something there are tons of seeds out their to decide from and all very easy to grow. ppl need food,hmmm you grew great weed, hmmm you have skills which can be applied in other areas of horticulture. dude how could you not see that?

I feel this story. It's a long and lonely road if you want to make money growing illegally. Constant paranoia, 20 hour days for months, sometimes years on end. (It kills me when people say it's easy money dealing drugs) Not to mention losing family and friends because they're jealous. HA! If only they knew the truth. All the toys in the world make no difference when you have no one to share them with. All the money means nothing when you sleep in an empty bed every night, waking up to an empty house. It's a long hard road and few make it out as the same person. Good luck dude, and be safe :peace:

my career isnt some lonly road shit. im not in this for the money, im a gardener when i get my degree it will make things stick even harder. all im saying is people can do whatever they want when they learn how to grow. just dont stick it to just weed. paranoid? its in your head, dont think about it. if you at ever let your gard down at your age even for stuff not pertaining to weed i dont no how you have anything. trust no one in life. i always double check things so its as it needs to be. ive been alone my whole life so it makes it easy to go to college for forestry with so many ideas of what this degree can lead to. if only others could see that theres more to life.

I posted this here because it felt therapeutic to finally tell someone my story. No “boo hoo”anything. It just is what it is. I did save money, and did make some fine investments. Life is going well for my wife and me. I feel I’m very lucky because life could have been very different. I posted this a few years ago, and am surprised to see it still going.

I’ll reply to a few more posts over the next few days. Also, glad to see some reform laws in WA and CO. Hope they end up with a few laid back café’s to visit.

cool story...most of us are in the same boat.. i prefer the lonely road, the reason only have seat in my car :D ! don't need money got enough already for 10x life times. we all have a different reason why we grow.

if you need therapy thats on you. theres all sorts of Gods out there and acid. as for shitting on your thread i came here to take a look and got very disapointed because i thought this was going to be a story of a stoner who made something of themselves with weed, instead i ran into......." i got rid of all my friends" "became a powder face" " moved further out and got everything" " it wasnt worth it because i was alone on a boat" dude search up the 10 smartest pot heads. thats inspriational. this thread is a warning of what not to do.

now i am alone because i try my ass off to have people around but time after time i get side lined. so people are just what they are. im in a possion where i have some people to talk to if i want, not looking to go alone just looking to grow up with a family smoke some weed, watch what not to do when growing, and have a giant edible garden.

It's not that hard. Get a fucking job you enjoy or do volunteer work, anything that makes you feel happy. Have some type of legit career/existence going on whether full or part-time, and grow on the side. The side can be a plant or 50, a QP a month or 15 pounds. Stay away from hydro if you plan on having any type of social life. Keep it a secret from EVERYONE. Let your customers be your customers and nothing more. If you cannot dump a pound or two at a time every few weeks or month to a few people, you shouldn't be in the grow game at all. I understand the lonely part but schedule your hobby around your life, not the other way around. Don't make yourself a slave to the grow or you will burnout, make the grow work for you. Fuck it's not that difficult.

What a depressing thread that should of never been brought back to life.

Doing anything of this caliber is always just for the investment you make when the money is saved up... anyone who wants to sell drugs for 10+ yrs is asking for jail time. Do your work an do it alone. Takes few yrs out of your life of awesome memories you cannot tell anyone about but when you have a buiseness in your name and are fully legit and living at a happy stage then find a wife an have family. Do your dirt and be done with it. Economy sucks ass and now is perfect time to invest into anything and then enjoy the simple things in life and meet someone... down the road your investment will turn out great when economy some day get better and then spoil yourself and set your kids up with a fund.

This guy did what he had to and spent his money on things that made him happy and now has wife and job... sounds good to me. In the end the only thing that matters are you family and ppl you would die for, not friends. Enjoy what you have. We can all "chase" the money forever but dont spend whole life to achieve something you have no time to enjoy.
