My poor first baby (girl?)

I've looked at the guides and can't find this problem. Just within the past few hours the very ends of the newer leaves have turned black. My plant is two weeks old, but looks a little behind. Do I have parasites, or am I being a bad father? I noticed a few days ago the new leaves had brown streaks through them and a few small holes, and more recently the bottom primary leaves started turning yellow.
The pics don't do it justice, but, any help would be great. Thanks.

edited to add:
I've had gnats for two days, hence the fly paper. Grow space is 2x2 with one GE plant and aquarium light above (24") and two American Lights Plant lights on the sides. All Fluoros.

I'm not an expert, but the little holes do sound like a bug problem. The tips turning brown/black could also be from the bugs, or a first sign of nute burn.

DUDE i think i can a little caterpillar in the photo... i had the same problems with the holes... it was the tiniest caterpillar you could possibly imagine

I'm not seeing anything in the pics. A few days ago I did see a small white bug in the soil, but killed the little bastard. I have checked the soil everyday since and haven't seen anymore.

I have this problem too, only the lil white catipillar bugs were under the plant itself and I noticed the top of the soil in some areas looked like what ant hills look like almost. I now have the brown streak going from the soil up the stalk about two inches and all the bottom leaves are dying. I have tried "Safer", and natural catipillar, and all soft bug killer and flushing the plant and to no avail, can someone help? :wall:
