my plants look like lettuce

When the leaves are not flat, and the green part is much larger than the vein, it means too much nutes in the water. when the leaves are flat and there are no edges at all between veins, you are good on ppm.

Yes it looks like over feeding to me, and get that water up to the bottom of the net pots.. until you have some more roots established. I keep the water right up to my net pots entire grow no problem.

I would be not over .4EC on those plants maybe less in DWC.

Looking at this on my small cel phone screen so its extremely hard to tell, are those leaves shiny or are the peppered with little white spots?

It almost looks like mite damage but like I said its hard for me to see the pics...

I have no idea why someone has not said this yet.... It is over feeding. Every begginer does it. Stop feeding them nuts and give only water. Next time, make sure you Know what you are feeding them.
Thanks friendly care giver it was over feeding I gave it straight water and the leaves are doing better now

The first thing I would look at would be your water source. Are you using tap water? Sometimes tap water contains exotic elements that lock out trace nutrients. My friend's water comes out of the tap at 40 PPM but it is useless for his hydro grow. He has bizarre growth patterns when he uses it. His tap water comes from a deep municipal well. When he switches to rain water (he lives on the Washington coast where it rains constantly) the weird growth goes away.

Good job at the ones who seen it as over feeding as it was.I have actually been testing over feeding on seedlings PURPOSELY yes they will look like lettuce but they will grow faster in that stage(1st week) and the over feeding doesn't burn them.Check out my first attempt https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/556080-mutant-seedling.html People kept trying to tell me it's over watering when i knew what it was all along OVERFEEDING.The leaves couldn't stand up str8 because they were too heavy. :-P

I didn't see any mention on what strain is it. I grew some F2 White Russians and some leaves in a few plants looked exactly the same. Afterwards they went to normal.

Get some 1/4 strength nutes on them, ya they too big to be without some qty of nutes. Start smaller then you think, and observe then go from there. Less is always more, and you can always add more it is when you add too much the problems magnify.
